Suru Monthly Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

1. Prize Details

Each month, one (1) winner will receive:
 • Two (2) bags of Suru Balance Shake (one Vanilla Bean, one Chocolate Fudge)
 • Two (2) FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose monitors

Approximate retail value may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted. Suru reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and expenses related to the prize.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to individuals who:
 • Are legal residents of the United States
 • Are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry
 • Submit a valid entry via the official Suru giveaway form

Employees of Suru, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter. This giveaway is void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Suru, which are final and binding.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from 12:00 AM on the first day of each month to 11:59 PM on the last day of the month. One (1) winner will be selected and notified during the first week of the following month.

5. How to Enter

To enter, visit www.suruhealth.com/giveaway and submit the giveaway form with your name and email address.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries using different emails or identities may be disqualified. Fraudulent entries will be void.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be chosen at random under the supervision of Suru. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of selection. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, you grant Suru permission to use your name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms & Conditions

Suru reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway due to technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond its control that affects the integrity of the contest. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process may result in disqualification.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless Suru and its affiliates from any claims, injury, losses, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

11. Disputes

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved individually and exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of California.
